Another week, another workout

I’ve been away from the gym for a week due to being overwhelmed and exhausted by appointments, chores, and errands and Void was off school Mon-Thurs for various reasons. So I’m using my last workout as a starting point and going from there.

Leg Press 3 sets of 10 @125lbs, 110lbs, 95lbs, 1 set of 20 @80lbs
Leg Extension 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Lat Pulldown 4 sets of 5 @75lbs, 1 sets of 10 @60lbs, 1 set of 20 @45lbs
Seated Row 4 sets of 5 @75lbs, 1 sets of 10 @60lbs, 1 set of 20 @45lbs
Shoulder Press 2 sets of 5 @45lbs, 1 set of 10
Chest Press 2 sets of 5 @45lbs, 1 set of 10 @30 lbs
Tricep Extension 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 1 set of 30 @30lbs
Bicep Curl 1 set of 30 @30lbs
