I started this blog as a way to keep track of my own health & fitness journey but I also use it to document other aspects of my life.

I am a 43 year old stay at home mother to a 15 year old who is called Void.

We have 5 cats – Stormy, Ziggy, Jack, Ozzy, and Colby.

We have 3 rats – Rosemary, Nutmeg, and Juniper

My daughter and I are both neurodivergent (ND) and have multiple mental health diagnoses.
