I started this blog as a way to keep track of my own health & fitness journey but I also use it to document other aspects of my life.

I am a 46 year old stay at home mother to a 19 year old who is called Void.

We have 5 cats – Stormy, Ziggy, Jack, Ozzy, and Colby.

My kiddo and I are both neurodivergent (ND) and have multiple physical and mental health diagnoses.
