I FINALLY got back to the gym today! Here’s hoping I will stick to it this time around. I figured if I get back on the blog and log my workouts at least, I might be more likely to continue on the right path. So here’s today’s log.
I REALLY did not want to get in there today, but I know I have to start somewhere. I know I want to feel like I did when I was almost into the 220s and I know being in the 260s is a huge part of why I am feeling like crap all the time. So I talked myself up, slayed all my excuses, and put some leggings and a t-shirt on under my jeans and hoodie before doing my morning pet sitting drop in. That way, all I had to do was get in the car, drive, take off a top layer, and get to working out!
