Monday Workout

Back to the grind…

I took a nice relaxing weekend and pretty much just spaced out for two days straight. I’m going to try to get to the gym at least 4 days this week, hopefully every weekday.

Working out is closer to something I get to do rather than something I have to do. Almost. I’m right on the edge of that mindset where I used to be. I can feel it.

Leg Press 2 sets of 10 @125lbs, 110lbs, 95lbs
Leg Extension 2 sets of 10@ 45, 2 sets of 10 @30
Lat Pulldown 2 sets of 5 @ 75lbs, 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 45lbs
Seated Row 2 sets of 5 @ 75lbs, 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 45lbs
Shoulder Press 4 sets of 5 @30lbs
Chest Press 1 set of 5 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30 lbs
Tricep Extension 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 1 set of 20 @30lbs, 1 set of 10 @45lbs
Bicep Curl 2 sets of 5 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
