Weekly workout #2

I really wasn’t in the mood to go to the gym. I woke up in pain and fighting off a migraine. I took my Rx pain meds and asked Void if I should go to the gym. She said yes, I said I hate you, and put my gym clothes on for school drop off 🤣

The really annoying couple was back, but they were a lot calmer today. I also talked to this guy around my age about his job and it might be a good place for S to work. It’s also a lot closer to home, so fingers crossed there!

Leg Press 2 sets of 10 @125lbs, @110lbs & 95lbs
Leg Extension 2 sets of 10@ 45, 2 sets of 10 @30
Lat Pulldown 2 sets of 10 @75lbs, 60lbs, and 45lbs
Seated Row 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 2 @45lbs
Shoulder Press 4 sets of 5 @30lbs
Chest Press 1 set of 5 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30 lbs
Tricep Extension 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Bicep Curl 3 sets of 10 @30lbs
