Thursday Workout

Not feeling great today, so taking things easier/slower than usual. Still here and staying consistent! Even though I like the seated leg press better, I chose convenience today and went with the regular leg press in the 30 minute circuit room.

Lat Pulldown 1 set of 10 @75lbs, 2 sets of 10 @60lbs
Seated Row 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 2 @45lbs
Shoulder Press 4 sets of 5 @30lbs
Chest Press 1 set of 5 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30 lbs
Tricep Extension 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Bicep Curl 3 sets of 10 @30lbs
Leg Extension (seat @4) 1 set of 10@ 45, 2 sets of 10 @30
Leg Press 2 sets of 10 @125lbs, 110lbs, 95lbs
