Thursday? Why not?

I had early morning plans of the fun sort again on Wednesday 🥰 After that, I decided to tackle the massive mountain of laundry piling up on my dresser instead of heading to the gym. So I’m making up for it today!

I really didn’t want to do this workout, but here we go!

Bicep Curl 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Lat Pulldown 1 set of 10 @75lbs, 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 1 set of 20@45lbs
Seated Row 1 set of 10@ 75lbs, 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 2 @45lbs
Shoulder Press 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Chest Press 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 1 set of 10 @30 lbs
Tricep Extension 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Seated Leg Press 2 sets of 10 reps @ 130lbs, 115lbs, 100lbs
