Today’s Workout

I am SUPER tired today because yesterday was ridiculously long. I want going to go workout today at all, but I have promised myself that I would go every M/W/F so I dragged myself out. Ugh. I do feel glad that I went, but I don’t feel in any less pain than I started with. Maybe a bit more energy, we’ll see how long that lasts. An afternoon nap may be in my future.

Seated Leg Press 1 set of 10 @ 130lbs, 115lbs, 100lbs, and 85lbs
Lat Pulldown 1 set of 15 @ 75lbs, 60lbs, and 45lbs
Seated Row 1 set of 10 @ 75lbs, 2 @60lbs and 45lbs
Chest Press 1 set of 10 @ 30lbs, 2 sets of 15 @15lbs
Hip Abduction 10 @175lbs, 160lbs, 145lbs, 130lbs, and 115lbs
Glutes 1 set of 10 reps each side @ 70lbs

There were these two older ladies in the circuit room today. One of them thought I was an old coworker because apparently I look just like her and she had red hair too. She also told her friend that she has a cookbook at home that’s all zucchini recipes. Desserts, appetizers, main courses, drinks even.

I promise I have other clothes!
This top is just so comfortable to workout in, I just keep wearing it because it helps with my anxiety.
Don’t worry, it gets washed frequently!
