Today’s Workout

Today I was going to work on lighter weight and higher reps, doing reps until exhaustion. I could have done more on the lat pulldown, but there were people needing the machines so I stopped at 100. Then my anxiety got the best of me so I did closer to normal sets on the rest of the machines.

Lat pulldown 30lbs  – 100 reps
Seated row 45lbs – 2 sets of 25 reps
Shoulder press 15lbs – 10 reps @ 30lbs, 15 reps @15lbs
Chest press 15lbs – 2 sets of 15 reps
Tricep extension 30lbs – 1 set of 30 reps, 1 set of 20 reps
Bicep curl 30lbs – 30 reps

I was the only woman in the gym today. I counted 16 men and the only women I saw were coming in together as I was leaving. I didn’t get through everything i had planned, but I’m proud of myself for doing as much as I did.
