Still bouncing around up 5lbs down 5lbs, up 10lbs, down 5lbs, repeat forever.
Keeping with the same plan of 2lbs per week for the first few months and 1lb per week thereafter, I still have an attainable goal of being under 200lbs at some point in spring of 2022.
