Elliptical .3 mi
Lat pulldown 2 sets of 1 0@60lbs & 45lbs
Seated row  2@ 60lbs & 45lbs
Chest press 2 sets of 15 @15lbs
Tricep extension 3 sets of 10 @30lbs
Bicep curl 2 sets of 10 reps @30lbs

One of my boyfriends bought me this bottle for my birthday last year and it’s still my favorite thing to take with me to the gym. It’s also a great reminder to drink my effing water!
