Today’s Workout

Stairclimber 10 floors
Treadmill 1mi 3-5 incline and 2-3 speed

I’d love to say today was easy, but that stairclimber is horrendous! I knew I could do 10 floors but it used to be WAY easier. I am completely out of shape and it really bothers me that I let myself get this way. Ah well.. back to the weekly cardio I suppose!
