Seated row 3 sets of 5 reps @ 75lbs, 60lbs, 45lbs & 1 set of 30 reps @30lbs
Chest press 40 reps @ 15lbs
Seated leg press 1 set of 10 reps @ 110lbs , 95lbs. and 80lbs – tiptoe
Elliptical .3mi
