Since February I haven’t done much in the ways of weight loss. I’ve been bouncing up and down the same 5 lbs for months. I decided this morning to redo my weekly weight loss goal chart to take the last few months into consideration.
Keeping with the same plan of 2lbs per week for the first few months and 1lb per week thereafter, I still have an attainable goal of being under 200lbs at some point in spring of 2022.
So even though I’ve been a mess for months, I haven’t completely derailed my plan! Starting over (again) at 260lbs.
