I didn’t go to the gym yesterday or this morning so I decided I needed to do something to get my body moving and get my heart rate up for a bit.
Stepper 25 minutes, alternating legs every 5 minutes.
I had already decided to start watching Star Wars Rebels and each episode is 24 minutes long so that was perfect! I did my best to stay at a quick stepping pace but after 10 minutes I had to slow down. I still pushed myself through with only a few seconds of break for a sip of water every 5 minutes and worked up a decent sweat!
