I didn’t want to get out of bed today. I slept a very broken 5 and a half hours and had no energy. My arms still hurt from Monday’s little bit of upper body, and today’s routine was all arms. I barely made it through, but I pushed myself and feel great currently. However, I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to move my arms tomorrow.
I decided to stick with the machines in the 30 minute room since it was empty. After I was done, I still had some energy and figured I might as well get my heart rate up with a quick quarter mile on the treadmill. I’m still amazed at the energy a good workout can give me!
