Cardio is hardio

Today I have an early appointment and instead of skipping the gym entirely which was my first thought, I decided to just hit the treadmill.

I did 1 mile in 24 mins with an average incline of 5.0 and an average speed of 2.5

During that time I jogged 5 times for a 30 second interval at a 3.8 speed.

I currently feel nauseous and dizzy so I’m sitting in the car with all the windows down drinking ice water and eating a banana and wheat thins while I write this.

Life is tough but so are you!
