I need to get back into a workout routine. I know myself and if I don’t make a plan I won’t stick to anything. So this is the plan for this week. I also plan to walk a minimum of 1 mile every day.
All of these workouts are designed to be apartment friendly, low impact, and use either no equipment or easy to find inexpensive equipment.
Sunday Low Impact HIIT With Weights (set of dumbbells)
Monday Kettlebell Circuit (kettlebell)
Tuesday Low Impact HIIT Cardio & Abs (no equipment)
Wednesday Full Body Resistance Band Workout (resistance band)
Thursday Low Impact Full Body HIIT Workout (no equipment)
Friday Low Impact HIIT Cardio & Legs (no equipment)
Saturday Full Body HIIT Workout (kettlebell or dumbbell)
