I only had a short while today, so I did the treadmill for 1 mile and then decided to try the stairclimber. I did more than 2 floors in 10 minutes, it just kept resetting the floors on me every time I stopped. I did 5 floors total and I think I might have tried to die whilst getting off the machine. I might do it occasionally, but it’s very much NOT a favorite.
I also did 2 sets of 10 on the lat pulldown, 2 sets of 15 on the row, and 2 sets of 10 on the chest press before heading back out for the day.
