Today’s Workout – Featuring the Elliptical of Doom

I’ve been watching other people use the elliptical and I’m thinking to myself, “Hey, this can’t be too hard, right?”  Well… I was both right and wrong. It would have been great if I were not someone with a propensity for injuring myself in stupid ways and if I had any sense of balance whatsoever. We’ll just say that after a few failed attempts, a rolled ankle and a bruise on my hand, this is the face of someone who kicked the elliptical’s butt! I only managed to do .25 mile before I thought my legs were going to fall off, but that’s better than nothing, right?

I also did 20 reps on the leg press, 20 reps on the lat pulldown, 20 reps on the abdominal, and 1/2 mile on the treadmill.
