Checking Out The 30min Circuit Room

After I did my mile on the treadmill and worked on the 2 ab machines, I decided to check out the 30min circuit room a bit more. Added in a few more machines today! Ab machine 1 (2 x10 reps), ab machine 2 (3x 15 reps), tricep extension (EDIT), lat pulldown (EDIT), chest press (EDIT), seated row (EDIT),  leg press (2x 10 reps)
