Tons of guys in here walking on treadmills, it’s kind of weird. Otherwise an uneventful day at the gym.

Leg Press 2 sets of 10 @125lbs, 110lbs, 95lbs
Leg Extension 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Lat Pulldown 2 sets of 10 @75lbs, 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 1 set of 20 @45lbs
Seated Row 4 sets of 5 @75lbs, 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 45lbs
Shoulder Press 2 sets of 5 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Chest Press 2 sets of 5 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30 lbs
Tricep Extension 2 sets of 5 @60lbs, 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Bicep Curl 1 set of 10 @45lbs, 3 sets of 10 @30lbs
