Wednesday Workout

I didn’t go to the gym Monday because my period came and it hit me HARD. Usually I don’t even notice it, but this month I was down for the count that first day.

Tuesday i was thrown off my schedule by a change of plans, twice. And today I have a 9:30am meeting with a friend, an appointment at 12:00, and another appointment at 3:30 so I knew if I didn’t get in here early I wasn’t going to.

If I didn’t go today, there’s a good chance I won’t go Friday and I’ll be back to square one with my consistency and motivation.

Lat Pulldown 1 set of 10 @75lbs, 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 2 @45lbs
Seated Row 2 sets of 10 @60lbs, 2 @45lbs
Shoulder Press 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Chest Press 2 sets of 10 @30lbs
Tricep Extension 2 set of 15 @30lbs
Bicep Curl 2 sets of 15 @30lbs
Seated Leg Press 2 sets of 10 reps @ 130lbs, 115lbs, 100lbs
