Legs… ow

I am so seriously out of shape! I woke up ridiculously sore but I dragged my glutes back to the gym. After just this little bit of exercise today, my legs already tried to give out on my walk back to the car. I may not be able to move tomorrow. That said, I aso plan on throwing in 50 squats today because why not?

Glutes 10 reps each side @ 85lbs, 70lbs, and 55lbs
Seated leg press 3 sets of 10 reps @ 130lbs, 115lbs, and 100lbs
Elliptical 0.25 mi @ 3-4 mph
Squats 5 sets of 10 throughout the day

Mask up! 😷
Still glad I went to the gym even if it hurts!
