Back to the gym!

Today I pushed through all my intrusive thoughts and dragged my butt to the gym after dropping Void at school. The plan is to go every morning I drop her off, so 4 days a week currently. I didn’t think I was that out of shape, but this little workout made me work up a big sweat! It took a lot of positive self-talk to get me through those doors and onto the machines, but I did it and I feel great!

Lat pulldown 4 sets of 5 reps @ 75lbs, 60lbs, and 45lbs
Seated row 3 sets of 5 reps @ 75lbs, 60lbs, and 45lbs
Chest press 3 sets of 5 reps @ 45lbs, 30lbs, and 15lbs
Tricep extension 3 sets of 5 reps @ 45lbs, 30lbs, and 15lbs
Bicep curl 3 sets of 5 reps @ 45lbs, 30lbs, and 15lbs
Treadmill .3 mile in 9 minutes @ 8 incline and 2.5 speed
