Today’s Workout – Upper Body

Today I fought myself to get out of bed and get to the gym. It’s really difficult to get back on the proverbial horse and restart after an off week. Part of me wants to just give up and never go back. Part of me wants to sit down and cry. Thankfully, the loudest part of me wants to get to the gym and kick butt! Today was tough anxiety-wise, so I decided to stick with the 30 minute room since there was only one other person in there. I think I might try to do this circuit twice next week.

Lat pulldown 3 sets of  5 reps @ 75lbs, 60lbs, and 45lbs
Seated row 3 sets of 5 reps @ 75lbs, 60lbs, and 45lbs
Shoulder press – 3 sets of 5reps @ 45lbs, 30lbs and 15lbs
Chest press – 2 sets of 5 reps @ 45lbs & 3 sets of 5@ 30lbs, and 15lbs
Tricep extension 1 set of 15 reps @ 45lbs, 30lbs, and 15lbs
Bicep curl 1 set of 15 reps @ 45lbs, 30lbs, and 15lbs
