I started a 30 day challenge today. 💪
☑️100 squats
☑️100 push ups
☑️100 sit ups
Every day for a month.
Day one complete! *whew*
I broke them up into sets of 10 of each exercise – 10 squats, 10 push ups, and 10 sit ups being one set. Then did 10 sets. I got to 6 sets (60 of each) before I had to take a break. Then I did the other 4 sets (40 of each) later. I’m thinking of breaking it up into 2 sets every hour for 5 hours just to keep active throughout the day. In any case, it’s going to happen!
