It’s been 2 weeks since I could go to the gym. I started feeling really depressed and just overall “blah” and I realized that a lot of that is probably because I haven’t had any kind of exercise in HALF A MONTH! We can’t have that. So I sat down, did a quick search, and found this easy arm workout.
Now, I say easy because it is technically and physically simple. However, after just 2 sets of that with 5lb dumbbells, I am sweating and boy do I feel the burn. I’ll shoot for a round of 3 the next time. I also did a few abdominal exercises to round out an upper body day.
