Elliptical  .5 mi
1 lap around gym
Seated leg press 3 sets of 10 reps – 5 feet apart/5 feet together @ 100lbs, 85lbs, 70lbs
1 lap around gym
Glutes 10 reps each @ 85lbs, 70lbs, 55lbs
1 lap around the gym
Elliptical .10 mi

More was planned but I had a phone call I couldn’t ignore. Then my anxiety got way too out of hand to deal with, so I called it a day.
