Working out with Mercy

I needed a mental boost after the last two days, so I put on a shirt with my favorite Overwatch hero, Mercy. She helped motivate me through today’s sets. Well, her and my awesome playlist. I don’t think I could go to the gym without my musical distractions.  I wasn’t going to do glutes today, but someone was on the abdominal machine and that was the last thing I had left to do on my list, so instead of waiting around doing nothing or leaving, I decided to do the glutes until they were done.

Elliptical .25 mile – mostly at a 4 speed and a level 17
Lat pulldown 1 set of 10 reps, followed by 1 set of 5 reps @ 75lbs, 60lbs, & 45lbs.
Seated row 5 @ 75 60 45 x3
Chest press – 5 @ 30 x3
Shoulder press – 5 @ 30 x3
Bicep curl 2x 10@40 , 5 @30 ×2
Tricep extension 10@45 x2
Glutes 5 reps@ 85lbs followed by 3 sets of 5 reps @ 70lbs
Abdominal 5@90, 80, 70 x3
