Elliptical – .25 mile
Lat pulldown – 10 reps @ 75lbs
Chest press – 3sets of 5 reps@ 30lbs
Today was not a good one at the gym. I didn’t want to go, but forced myself. I had to give myself a 5 minute pep talk just to get in the door.
I finally got in here and realized that I lost my keys. Looked everywhere for them, decided screw it, I have a ton of stuff to get done today and I don’t have time to workout if I have to look for my keys. Got dressed in my street clothes and found my keys in a pocket I didn’t even know my gym bag had.
So I got back into my workout clothes because why not? I’m here so I might as well do this, right? Well, I tried. That’s all I can say.
I did the elliptical and barely made it to 1/8 mile before I started to get dizzy. Pushed myself to 1/4 then took a rest. I had a plan today. It included 8 machines total. As you see, I made it to 3.
There is an unusual number of people here this morning and they’re all on the machines I need. And standing/walking far too close to me.
I am currently hiding in the locker room distracting myself from a panic attack before getting dressed and running my errands this morning.
