Today’s workout

Elliptical .25 mi
Lat Pulldown  10 reps each side @ 85lbs, 70lbs, 55lbs, and another set at 85lbs 
Seated Leg Press  10 reps at 115lbs, 100lbs, and 85lbs 
Glutes 10 reps each side @ 85lbs

Feeling really tired today. Yesterday was exhausting and stressful and just a really bad mental health day so I didn’t sleep well. However, consistency is key so I drag my butt out to the gym even when it’s raining and I feel like sleeping.
