Lat pulldown – 10 reps each side @ 85lbs, 70lbs, 55lbs, and another set at 85lbs
Row – 5 reps each side @ 85lbs, 70lbs, 55lbs, and another set at 85lbs
Glutes – 10 reps each side @ 85lbs, 70lbs
Abdominal – 10 reps @ 90lbs, 70lbs, 55lbs, 85lbs
Shoulder Press – 5 reps @ 30lbs and 25lbs
Chest Press – 5 reps @ 45lbs and 30lbs
This machine is going to kill me. One day I will kick its butt. Today was not that day. What was today? A rough day. I had an appointment at the same time I usually go to the gym so my entire schedule was thrown off. Then I ended up full of anxiety and paranoia exacerbated by stress. But I still went to the gym even though I didn’t want to because I already skipped 2 days in a row, I knew if I didn’t go today it would end up being another week off.
