Today’s “workout”

Elliptical .5 mile @level 14 and maintaining a 4 speed with intervals of 6 speed.
Glutes 10 reps @ 85lbs each side L/R
Abdominal 10 reps @ 90lbs

I maybe should have taken a rest day. I hardly slept last night and had a lot to get done today. My stomach is still being weird but I managed to get in the door and do something. My calves are killing me today so I think I’ll work on my upper body tomorrow. Or Sunday. Or Monday…

A sweaty post-workout selfie because why not? I might feel like crap, but I’m still happy to be alive and able to get to the gym!
