Today’s Workout & Meltdown

Elliptical  .25mi
Lat pulldown 5 reps @85lbs, 10 reps @ 70lbs, 5 reps @ 70lbs L/R independently
Seated leg press 10 reps @100lbs, 10 reps @85lbs, 10 reps @70lbs
Glutes 10 reps @85lbs, 10 reps @70lbs, 10 reps @55lbs each side 
Abdominal 10 reps @90lbs, 10 reps @80lbs, 2 sets of 10 reps @70lbs 

Today I did not want to go to the gym. In fact, I did not want to get out of bed. Both Sunday and Monday were high anxiety days and today doesn’t seem to be much better. I forced myself out of bed to take the kiddo to school and then had to argue with myself to go to the gym, and again to walk in the door, and again to actually get on a machine and do something.

I got through my mental plan (I really need to figure out a plan and write it down along with some goals) and ran out of there as soon as possible. I then had a panic attack followed by an anxiety/sensory overload meltdown in the car. There is just SO much going on in my life at once right now and I am having a very difficult time maintaining my composure, even in public. Maybe one of these days I will learn how to be an adult. 

Until then… I will just keep swimming.
