Today’s workout

Not feeling well at all today. Yesterday was a big ball of anxiety and stress and today I am still coming down from it while having to deal with a full to do list + 2 appointments. All that aside, I still made it to the gym. My body began to protest and threatened to show me my breakfast, so I made it short. 

Elliptical  .25mi
Lat pulldown 5 reps @ 85lbs was crazy hard today, so I took it down to 70lbs. Managed 5 reps @ 70 but that was still really difficult, so I took it down to 55lbs and did 3 sets 10 reps @55lbs.
Glutes 10 reps @ 85lbs (barely made it on the left side), 10 reps @ 70lbs (that also hurt), 10 reps @55lbs
Abdominal 5 reps @90lbs and my stomach was like NOPE. 10 @80lbs was manageable, but by the time I finished 2 sets of 10 reps @70lbs my heart was pounding way too hard and my stomach was protesting quite a bit so I decided to call it quits for the day.
