Go for a run? Sure, why not?

I don’t normally go to the gym on the weekends, but I really needed to get out of my own head this morning so I went. I had no idea what I was going to do and basically all the treadmills were full, but running seemed like a good idea at the time.

It was not. I managed to run for 45 seconds three times before my body was like NOPE! So I got a half mile in. I decided to try the lat pulldown for a bit just to do something else while my body decided if it wanted to run again. It did not. Instead of pushing myself to do more, I decided to save my spoons for the 2+ hours of driving I have to do today.

In all truthfulness, it really WAS a good idea to head over to the gym. I worked up a decent sweat, and my mind feels much better now.

Treadmill 0.5 mi in 11 mins – ran 3x for 45 seconds
Lat pulldown 3 sets of 10 reps @ 60lbs ,45lbs, and 30lbs

Hey, at least I tried?
